Most retreat venues force a choice between a shared hotel block and a single crowded house. The Malibu Retreat is neither. Five separate homes give every guest their own space, while the pool, kitchens, and outdoor lounges keep the whole team connected.
Leadership Offsites
The upper property sleeps 14 across the Modern House and two apartments. Quiet, private, and set up for small groups that need to focus.
Team Retreats
The lower property sleeps 19 across the Boho House and Guest House, with the pool, sauna, and outdoor lounges at the center of the stay.

Planning a team retreat?
How many people can stay overnight?
The full estate sleeps up to 32 across five separate homes with ten bedrooms. Smaller teams can book the lower property (sleeps 19) or the upper property (sleeps 14) on their own.
Is there space to work and meet as a group?
Yes. The estate has fast Wi-Fi, full kitchens, large dining and living areas, and quiet corners throughout the five acres. Teams typically gather at the pool, the outdoor lounges, or the main house for working sessions.
Can we bring in our own caterers or facilitators?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own caterers, chefs, facilitators, and vendors. We are happy to share local recommendations.
Is there a minimum stay?
The full property and the lower property have a two night minimum. Individual homes can often be booked for a single night.
Can we host a larger daytime team building event?
Yes. Daytime gatherings larger than the overnight group can be arranged as private events with an additional event fee. Share your headcount and we will put together a quote.

In Monte Nido, the canyon between Malibu and Calabasas. Five minutes from PCH and the beaches, five minutes from Calabasas, and an easy drive from anywhere in Los Angeles.
